Yep....that's what we've been getting too...10-15 degrees cooler than average...plus the precip. At least the sun came out tonight.

Swamp coolers, that work pretty good right ow the house temp inside is about 75, until monsoon season that is coming up shortly.. 4th of July through mid August where we get about 5" inches of our normal 8" a year.
We have had global warming for the past 10 years..
