Rockies will finish last in the West, and bottom 5 in the league this year. They have done absolutely nothing to upgrade a historically bad pitching staff. I'd look for somewhere else to hang your hat.

    Don't forget about the Padres!

We will battle them to see who can get the higher win total in the 60s.

Yeah, I know. Tinker will come up with something positive though.

Like Nicasio and Pomeranz will both figure it out and DLR will be an all-star.

Man, how could they not upgrade the pitching?

At least they have a chance of making the playoffs... But there are no other title contenders in town besides the Broncos. Gonna be a long year leading up to the fall.

It just amazes me that in what is supposed to be a major sports town only one professional franchise actually seems remotely interested in getting better.

Chacin had a better home era than Jimenez did as a Rockie after he came back from surgery this year, and we can expect to see Arenado called up before the ASB. I predict a much more competitive team this year with a solid batting order

We should finish with at least 75 wins. Mo is a Royal fan and buff is an eternal pessimist.

Hey!? I said they'd finish fourth. I never put a win total on it. 75 sounds about right, but I think they could be a .500 ball club if the pitching staff is healthy.

Also for the record, I am both a Rockies and a Royals fan.

Wow, baseball season really sucks for you, huh?

Sometimes, yes. I'm overly optimistic about the Royals this year. It's probably not going to end well for my emotions.

If Tulo and cargo stay healthy, Rutalidge and Rosario don't have Sophomore slumps, and chain dlr and nicasio jewel games close, I think we can compete for a wild card.

Atta boy, Tinker. I knew I could count on you.

Stranger things have happened, so I will ride with Tinker until it is mathematically impossible.
