Just to kill some time before The draft in April or the start of FA in March, I thought Id see your opinions on this subject. Who is the best FOOTBALL PLAYER: Rolondo Mcclain, Dez Bryant or Dan Williams?
Popular consensus, as of today, is that in April, at least one of these players will be a Bronco, courtesy of our pick at 10/11. Now I know that there are a lot of strong feelings concerning Brandon Marshall, the quality of the QB situation in Denver, our Dline, and other things but thats not what I want to discuss.
I dont care WHO you think we should pick with our first pick or if we should trade up/down. There are countless threads on here discussing those topics. My question to you is: In 5 years, which one of these players will be the best football player REGARDLESS OF POSITION and why? For example, in reference to the 2004 draft, Larry Fitzgerald is a better WR than Robert Gallery (picked before Fitz) is an Olineman..... Raiders suck.
I honesty belive that the answer to this question will be the player we draft in April, assuming Mcdaniels aggrees. In 2009 we saw that he was not afraid to "reach" for players that he thought had the most talent. (Knowshon Moreno and Alphonso Smith). We also saw that Mcdaniels cares more about who he thinks is the best player available than filling any positional needs. (Notice the lack of quality Dlinemen we brought in last year). And I believe we will continue to bring in talent, regardless of position, but the question remains. Who has the most talent?
So, with that I will open it up to you. Best of the 3 and why?
