Denver wasnt quite as low as Indy was when Manning got there. The fans werent the ones to kick him to curb, it was Irsay.

The fans might not have been the ones to kick him to the curb but they sure as hell didn’t object or display any type of feelings regarding wanting him to stay. They heard the Andrew luck talk and moved on as if Manning was just a guy

The fans didn't exactly revolt. Man y'all forget. They (indy fans) were hyped for Luck. How'd that work.

That’s all I remember is the luck hype. Indy fans were fine with kicking Manning out.

I've always wondered if he wasn't a little hurt Elway didn't offer him a 5th year. Guess not

The Colts should have drafted Luck and given Manning a shot to come back. It was pretty stupid. If Luck had sat behind Manning for a bit he might still be in the league today.

Obviously worked out great for us. Miss Manning so much.

All I know is I love how it turned out for Indy. Sorry. Peyton deserved better. That was PFM you discarded as trash. Sorry.

While certain evaluations might be subjective, I don't think my criticisms rise to hating. One can criticize and not be a hater. One can also comment on the state of affairs surrounding a player and his overall status, too, and not be a hater.

But honestly you just sort of stumbled into a running joke between Jaded and I.

Running jokes are the best jokes … even better than Dad Jokes.
