So we had about 25 mil before his and juwans salaries were finalized......so I don’t see much more room....who knows maybe they got some plans for draft day to create room as well.
    Denver's 2024 George Paton Draft/FA plan

RD6- K Jonah Dalmas, Boise St

    Stewart- 2.8 mil
    Watson- 1.3 mil
    Lynch- 1.2 mil

No other player over a million

Looking at Estimated cap space we have some room for a few under radar street FA's and our Draft picks, but looking at the numbers I don't see any way to make more big splashes.
I think Keenum is "only" going to be 3.5 million...

On top of the $3 mil signing and $500k roster bonus...or however it was set up. Total will be $7 mil as opposed to the $10 mil it would have cost if we just released him

It's confusing, for sure. I know the Redskins agreed to pay 3.5 mil, so not sure how that figures in.

It's his new contract. In order to accept the trade, they came up with a new salary and we agreed to pay half of it

OTC has us at $23.4 million in cap space - includes Jackson but not James yet though that appears to be an $8 million hit in 2019. They also still have Marshall on there, so add back 4.8 and that leaves us around $20.2 million.

Chiefs going with the absolutely no defense plan. No Houston, no Berry, no Ford.

Just saw this...YES! He's a player and shouldn't be too pricey. Best part...his signing won't affect compensatory picks.

Pretty much qualifies as the best LB available. Won't cost Mosely money, but won't be cheap, either.

they also signed honey badger don't give a F, and now have an extra draft pick in a draft that's deep with pass rushers to replace ford. . . besides, they needed the cap space for the upcoming extensions for hill, and eventually mahomes. . . naturally, i hope their likely plan to build the defense through the draft fails, but it's not like they draft that poorly. . . i just take comfort in a deep-rooted belief that choking is hardwired into their DNA. . .
“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”

His last deal was 3 year/24 mil. Think he gets more than that?
