I'm going to eat a dill pickle now. I prefer sour dills as well.

    As usual, you are incorrect.

As one grows older, the palate is refined and what once was delicious often becomes mundane and vice versa.

The palate can evolve. Yet it could evolve to where one likes it in the past and hates it now, and vice versa.

Or, one can enjoy something from the start to finish of their life.

Just because one ages doesn't mean they are an adult. For instance, Johnny Manziel is a male adult, but he's not really an adult. To complete the thought, PAGS is an adult, and he still loves that candy. So while he is an adult both physically and in the norm of society, he still loves sour candy.

Ergo, you're wrong. So, you're either saying that you're an adult physically and that's why you don't like them, which we know can't be true because adults do like, or you're an adult in the since of being a grown up and you don't like them. Which, again, isn't a categorical refutation because grownups, or other adults, like them, too.

You have made the assumption that Pags is an adult. I reject this notion out of hand.

    Good day, sir.

Actually as you age, your taste buds dull and you lose a lot of your sense of taste.

But sour remains. My conclusion is that adults who like sour patch kids are really old folks who can't taste much of anything else.

See my response to Slim, minus the barbs because you are a nice person.

In the next two weeks I will be able to buy that book.

I have a great range of taste. I love sour patch kids. We should ask Turf, who is around 75 IIRC.

This explains why Top only eats lemons.

You probably should have used a semi-colon in this instance. Or a dash. Or a comma.

    Frankly, who cares?

    MO probably cares.

So what is the correct punctuation in this instance?

I don't know. The comma just didn't "feel" right.

I'm heading to my safe place.

I love dill pickles. My wife couldn't believe the $9 charge for a jar of pickles on my last trip to the grocery store. They are really damn good pickles.
