So I looked up Sling TV. It looks similar to PlayStation Vue but better. I wonder if I'd still have the Dynamic IP issue.

I doubt it. You just stream it through a fire stick, roku, channel master, etc.

    It's an app.

I don't have any of those devices. Does anyone have advice on the best one to use? Chromecast? Roku? Fire? Apple?

If you pay for 3 months of Sling in advance they will give you a free Roku. You will want to go with at least a Roku number 2. If you can afford it I would consider buying a Channel Master. It is a dual tuner DVR. You can run your antenna through it also so you can record your over-the-air television and also some of the stuff that streams through sling. You can't record everything through sling though, some of their channels have a filter or block, or whatever it may be. Channel Master is about $400

A lot of people really love the AppleTV - I don't have any experience with it, but we do have the Fire. Love it.

I have the firetv as well and I'm a big fan of it. The appletv is probably better if all of your other gadgets are apple, but me not being one of those people, I prefer the firetv.

I'm guessing fire TV already has Prime video and music?
