You can be both a burnout and mentally ill. You'll get this (Slim won't because he's a potato) but life is rarely in a dichotomous or binary state.

Ironically, the source of whatever it is that causes him to be a burnout, if we take your opinion (and I don't think it's necessarily unfair) would be better solved by a mental healthcare professional.

The source is that he is a lazy idiot who has people taking care of him instead of holding him accountable. Not everything boils down to mental issues. Even if he had issues, making excuses for him does nothing to help the guy progress. It just continues the cycle of allowing him to be a mooch. Everybody has a sob story. If they're lucky they have someone to kick them in the ass instead of encouraging shitty behavior.

No, Mike. He needs to be coddled and given mental health treatment. All the while living off of North and Missy, contributing nothing and putting their belongings in jeopardy.

For instance, if you actually read what I wrote, you would see that I was never against kicking him out. I was against the blind knee-jerk reaction that many here posited. I made the egregious sin of deferring to Val, who is the most legit source on the subject that we have.

    Run along now.
    I will run along.

You keep trying to prove what a nuanced deep thinker you are. For this particular discussion it's like using a cannon on an ant hill.

    That's definitely what I said!

I wish I could just read something and blindly take away whatever I wanted. For instance, I've now decided that you're arguing for national cheesecake day.

    I agree.

I'd have to know how much the guy is consuming to be able to agree with you here.

I'm speaking from a place of experience.

First tomatoes and now you have an issue with cheesecake. I'm gonna make you suffer before I finish you.
