Then I'm legitimately curious what about the hire makes us a "steaming pile of shit" in your words. She was a scout in Minnesota for 10 years including the last 2 being one of the directors of the scouting department. She scouted both college players as well as upcoming opponents. Paton worked directly with her for 10 years, so he'd know better than anyone how qualified. She isn't some token diversity hire which is what you seem to be implying. She's put in the work and proven herself in the NFL for a decade. So please tell us specifically what's wrong with the hire. This should be good.

Anyone/anything that bleeds for a week w/o dying simply can’t be trusted.

Pretty much every team cuts oft injured players pretty much every year. You're making a mountain out of a molehill here.
No, I like the move, it had to be done. But it put them at a competitive disadvantage.

Btw, It’s not that the Broncos cut somebody who couldn’t play for 3 years, it’s the circumstances surrounding his injury that the players (and their Union) took notice of.

I think what Jaded is saying is that free agents (read, their fiduciary representatives) are going to remember this, meaning the players in that sense will remember this.

But it's been awhile since I've had to speak fluent J.

I don't think free agents will care. They'll go to who will pay them or where they think they can win. They seem more mad at the union for misleading them about the risks of working out at home than anyone.

I think it'll be both. Their union is absolute dog shit. They deserve flames.

I mean I'm just spitballing here, so I can't really disagree with you too hard.

    You stupid ho!

It also hurts in recruiting players; say the Broncos and Browns are after LVE next offseason, with his injury history the Browns can simply point to the Broncos handling of James in negotiations.

It’s fi9ne you don’t agree, this is 2021 ... it’s good to see that people can be so openly and flamboyantly wrong w/o persecution or shaming.

Good thing indeed. You'd need years of therapy otherwise!

Why are they cutting/trading him? He's a legitimately good player. Did they bring someone else in/have depth? Malcontent?
