rest, plus video - https://www.denverbroncos.com/news/c...-to-pro-bowl-fENGLEWOOD, Colo. — When the Jacksonville Jaguars traded star cornerback Jalen Ramsey in the middle of last season, A.J. Bouye's role shifted in a major way.
Before the trade, Bouye and Ramsey were each capable of covering an opposing team's top receiver, depending on the matchup.
The duo turned in its finest season in 2017, as the Jaguars made a run to the AFC Championship game and Bouye and Ramsey both earned Pro Bowl appearances. Both players were All-Pro selections that season, and the Jaguars ranked second in both total defense and in interceptions.

Interesting that NFL allowing football administrators like Elway/Russell back at headquarters but for competitive reasons not Fangio or coaching staff. (Some teams not allowed back because of their state rule). #9sports

Per NFL memo and Colorado’s safer-at-home guidelines, Broncos staff employees can return to headquarters/stadium on Tuesday. No coaches or non-rehabbing players.
No word yet from Broncos on whether employees will return Tuesday or later date. #9sports

rest - https://broncoswire.usatoday.com/201...to-adam-jones/The Denver Broncos announced Monday that eight players have chosen new jersey numbers for the 2018 NFL season.
The most notable change is cornerback Adam Jones, who switched from No. 20 to No. 24, previously worn by legendary cornerback Champ Bailey. Jones said last week that Bailey gave him permission to wear his former number.
Bailey’s number is not officially retired in Denver, but no players have worn it since the cornerback retired from the NFL in 2014.

I think Denver will still run quite a bit of 12 personnel, that’s the trend this season from the sound of it, while mostly running 11 personnel ... meaning Denver keeps at least 4 TE and 6 WR. Patrick, Hamilton and Winfree are safe, imo, Butt, Fumagali and Heuerman are gonzo ... maybe if Butt proves he can stay healthy he and/or Fumagalli could be a PS’er.
Yiadum and Freeman should be safe.
I hope this article is way off cause there’s so much dead weight that it doesn’t even mention, ie, the 100-or-so ILB’s that can’t cover a TE to save their asses.

- John Elway“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”
