Back to Romo, I really hope he's good. Jim Nantz is the absolute gold standard for play-by-play guys, and it would be nice to hear someone halfway competent/entertaining as his counterpart.

I always liked Romo's ESPN commericals. He is pretty funny and a likable dude.

Pat Summerall was a droning drunken old sot who needed Madden's yelling, screaming and flailing in the booth just to stay awake during games.

The best in the business is Al Michaels. I have to admit, I am going to be deeply saddened when he retires. His voice is legendary and just fits the game.

Sounds like it, but the Cameo version was popular when I was at DLI in 1986 so I guess the Korn version is the cover.
