RB's have a short shelf life and are a dime-a-dozen. If you can flip a RB who is entering his late 20s for a top defensive player, you absolutely do it.
McCoy has led the NFL in touches over the last 5 years. He's probably as good as he will ever be right now. Always sell high on RBs, they are easily replacable.
