Mr. Hard Cap ruins the league here (ironic that a Denver fan would hate a hard cap so the Rams, Cowboys, Giants, Jets, etc. don't devour everything) is oblivious to a draft. Then he lists a contract (Chubb) as a massive deal as if the team doesn't have time to plan for it.
