I believe that Peyton feels Drew can be a good quarterback
The Broncos continue to reap the benefits of Peyton's expertise and have certainly gotten more than they intended out of this relationship. We're lucky to have him in our court.

“What happens when you don’t have a QB” 101 - your coach gets placed in the top two to be the first coach shitcanned in 2021...

Nice knowing ya Vic..Surtain is going to look nice coming off the bench in games we can’t score in though...

    Mike McCarthy 7/1
    Vic Fangio 8/1

You seem to know how much we are and are not going to score in the future. What else do you know about the future and do you care to put a wager on things?
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

Shurmur is the first back-to-back play-caller since 2015-16 — gives Lock a greater chance at success.

Indeed, my opinion is pretty irrelevant here. Denver decided to add Bridgewater but otherwise "let the QB position ride" as-is. OK.

The article is that Vegas is saying Vic is their 2nd most likely pick to get fired -first- in the upcoming NFL season.

So even with the early teams on the schedule that seem like winnable games - Vegas says we're going to be ass and Vic is the 2nd most-likely coach to get shown the door first.

I actually think Denver might get off to a hot start with the teams early on the roster. Also if I'm Vic I have my Real Estate agent on speed dial.

I’m just looking at it from an NFL ability stand point, black and white ... Flacco can’t move but he’s an NFL starter from the arm/neck up. LockWater? Not so much.

When the best you can do is Bridgewater you have zero business firing the HC, this is on Paton.

He's been an awful QB for the past half decade. His arm does nothing but through picks, incompletions, and bad passes of other varieties.

Being able to throw a ball real far doesn't make you an NFL talent.

quality NFL starters can throw with both velocity and touch, as the situation dictates. . . i don't know if lock will ever develop any touch, but i DO know that teddy's velocity is never getting any better. . . which is why lock should 100% be starting. . .
“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”

I think I know of a certain QB that had a similar problem...
