    I still maintain no players.
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

They can have Lock at the very least. Lock's never playing another snap in Denver if we get A-Rod.

Ya if we get Rodgers they can have any or all qbs they'd like. Id still prefer to keep lock, much like I prefer a cherry on top of my Sunday.

Yeah I'm ok with them taking a QB, given we don't need Rodgers, Lock and Bridgewater. PLus it reduces the draft cap.

Paton just got here he hasn’t been the one losing for 5 years in a row he’s not about to blow up all this accumulated talent and assets for a couple years of fun. Never going to happen! I don’t know why you people are still entertaining the thought of Rodgers coming to Denver. He’s not being traded anywhere and you guys steady wanting to dump our own players
If you’re the Packers do you start trade talks with a low offer? No. That’s all I said, it’s a start. If they’re unwilling to budge from that asking price, then you don’t do it.

Ok, I’m dying to know; have you seen Aaron Rodgers play football?

Jeudy, I am legally allowed to pronounce that you just...got styled on.

    Not by me, I'm retired.

But the style...it's on you...they put it there.

It happens to everyone, no worries. Jaded has CTE so you'll get him back easily .

    just you wait!
“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”

I disagree he actually would be a cheap talented back-up in the event Rodgers missed games for any reason, he is under contract and cheap keep him here to back up Rodgers. Send em Teddy B who would start for them on a 3 mil salary. Any competent GM staring at Jordan love as the starter would be happy with that lol.
    Denver's 2024 George Paton Draft/FA plan

    Draft
    RD1- TE Brock Bowers, GA
    RD3- QB Spencer Rattler, SC
    RD4- CB Josh Newton, TCU
    RD5- S Reggie Pearson, OK
RD5- C Michael Jurgens, Wake Forest
RD6- K Jonah Dalmas, Boise St

    FA

You just don't replace a guy who was your starter for over a year and keep him as the backup. The guy you replaced is going to be salty and it causes friction if he had allies in the locker room. If we trade for Rodgers, there is zero reason to keep Lock. At that point you get a cheap vet backup who is content with being the backup.
