I love Ruggs at 15, but not if an elite LT is there. How often do you get a chance to draft an elite LT in the middle of the first? You always protect the franchise QB. The Colts learned a bit too late. Now the best QB prospect to come out since Manning is retired due to being a weekly crash test dummy when he played for them. It's looking like Andrew Thomas might fall to 15. If he does, I hope they run to the podium to pick him.

I've been saying this for a couple weeks. Guys like w i r f s and Becton tested so well that people are going to forget the Thomas's hands downthe most NFL ready tackle in this draft. I think lamb will suffer the same evaluation

Thomas is the best LT period, hopefully he drops like you said ... it’s not a consultation prize.

I’d blame autocorrect but that one was all me.

So we agree. Draft athletic left tackle in the first round. Move your boy Bolles to guard slide Connor McGovern to ricart. Hope that James is actually healthy this year and draft a center and another interior offensive lineman.

Debbie downer here...I'd also take a DL, LB or CB over a WR there. And here is where I'll get murdered...

Gimme Murray from Oklahoma. If a trade down 3 spots gets us a 3rd and Murray, sign me up.

I have no problem with Murray. ILB is a need for thsi team as well, and talent is talent. He has very good cover skills to boot. Our top 2 LB's arent that great in coverage, and 1 is ready for retirement. Jewell is just a scrub. So draft Murray, Have Davis and Johnson do what they do to start. When Murray is ready throw him in next to Johnson, use davis to mentor and backup and boom.....our ILB woes are finally addressed to include upgraded coverage ability at the postion.....

I see no problems here, in fact I would go that route over ruggs as well. I also have no issue with trading back if we cant get a OT by 15 we like......I dont like any of the CB's in Rd 1, cause they cant tackle......I do love Kinlaw, but he will probably be gone, so if the consolation is extra draft capital and Murray. I see no problem with that.....you could make a case for The center from wisconsin in the 20-25 range as well if we trade back.....

I still think there's going to be top shelf talent at wide receiver with our second round pick. So I'm of the school that if I can draft one of the top left tackles. Or if a guy like Simmons for some reason slid I would be all over that pig

The Michigan and LSU Centers are getting more love than the Badger. Ruiz declaring surprised some folks. I like him a lot too though
