It's not creole at all. Maybe inadvertently. But it tasted damned good. Used paprika (I think, but not 100%), cumin, cayenne, chili, salt, pepper.

    You “think” you used paprika?

No, I definitely used chili powder distinctly from the paprika.

With the paprika, I got it out, but can't remember if I pulled the trigger on adding it. Pretty sure I did, but I might have aborted at the last second. It was kind of a blur.

I think what I made might actually be closer to dirty rice with red beans, rather than red beans and rice.

Can I do that? Or does that violate cajun principles? That kind of intermarriage between classes?

I'm making Gay Governor Soup. It's just a bowl of dicks in hot water.

My wife makes amazing dinners, but she can never duplicate them because she "wings it" when cooking. She finds a meal that looks good, but makes it her own.

The good part is when she tries to make it again, it turns out even better!

Damn. I'm ready to get home!

My boss went back to Denver today, but left me the rental car. He had the foresight to put me on the agreement. I <3 him!

I ******* love Taco Bell. It's tasty and if I don't eat it too late at night it rests comfortably in my gut.
