there's not much. . . maybe justin pugh if you think he can hold up at tackle. . . the rest are names like greg robinson, austin howard, marshall newhouse, and other guys who have flamed out multiple spots, and keep getting jobs because the NFL basically can't produce capable OLs anymore. . . hey, mike schofield is on the list! and he's probably about as good as the rest of them, which is telling. . . we may as well just hang on to kouandjiojnhqwiouhiou, and bring in a rook to compete for the spot. . . i love nelson, but it does suck for us that there's not a tackle worth the #5. . .

Listened to two podcasts tonight. Mike Florio of PFT thinks that signing Keenum definitely means we are NOT drafting a QB in the 1st round. Listening to the "Around the NFL Podcast" with some of the NFL.com guys, and they all seem to think that Denver definitely drafts a QB at #5 after signing Keenum to just a 2 year deal. Both arguments have some merit. I personally think Elway still clings to some tiny amount of hope that Paxton Lynch can still develop, along with the possibility of Chad Kelly, so I don't think we go QB in round 1.

A few have said this recently - was there a quote from Elway that has facilitated this? I thought acknowledging he'd done some "swinging and missing" kind of said the opposite. I may have missed some comments...

I'll be happy if either happens, and I'll be unhappy if either happens.

You and me both Top, he’s a Top 15 RT according to PFF (for whatever the **** that’s worth).

I’m fair sure James > Menelik Watson. I also think Cyrus Koaundjio > Watson.

Justin Pugh is coming off injury, sucks and played on an OL just as bad as Denver’s ... he fits Denver mold like a glove.

Pugh wouldn't be horrible, at least he is versatile, and better than Watson.
