75 cm ( 2 and a half feet) of snow yesterday.
Had to blow out the driveway 4 times before it was over.
    Another foot expected on Thursday.
    Jesus wept....

Snow, snow go away till next Christmas! TIA. It's snowed at least 4' since the beginning of the year. That's what I get for whining about no snow back then!

got about half an inch of snow this weekend, high of 25 today. Supposed to be perfect skiing weather this weekend, will be in Kimberley for 4 days!

I'd take being in Kimberley for 4 days over supposedly good skiing weather, too. Blue pill weekends rock! Is Kimberley hot?

My roof is being reshingled right now
Other than weight, we've come into another problem. We have a 'hot roof' in the front of our house, basically vaulted ceiling with no attic and not a steep pitch, and the ice dams on each side of the roof have become a problem. The roof areas with the attic space doesn't seem to dam up as much, though impressive icicles. We noticed a leak in the ceiling because of the ice dam. I should of raked the whole roof, instead of 6-8' up from the edge. So I raked the front area yesterday....talk about a PITA (about 3 1/2' of snow), and put ice melt on the dams (per advice from our roofing contractor). Today, I get to do the back side of the house after we go do our taxes....I'd rather rake the roof. This is what I get for being lazy, and waiting till it gets to this point.

Anyway, you wonder why folks shovel, or rake their roofs. I'm not getting up there and shoveling. My neighbor, down the street, fell off his and broke some ribs.

Oh, well that's not that much. The way people were talking, I was thought you guys were getting 6 feet.
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

I think I got closer to 15 inches. And it was very dense snow Mo and wasn't easy for me or Pags' wife to snowblow through!
