This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”

I think Howard's best dunk was the one off the back of the backboard...

If Dwight would have left out the Superman crap, and actually dunked the ball...That would have been my all time fave in the dunk contest.

The one where Howard threw it off the glass with one hand, caught it and dunked with the other, was retarded. I jumped out of my seat and jogged to my kitchen laughing. That was out of this world.

I had to work so I missed it. I always love the dunk contests though. I taped it on my DVR and will probably watch it tommorow before the game. So I havn't even watched Sportscenter because I dont want to see what I missed

And I love the movie "white man cant jump"

Dwight Howards performance was amazing. Gerald Green did a good job too. His socks only between the legs dunk was a little under appreciated, but it's only because he had done a between the legs dunk on the dunk before. Still, hard to do with no shoes on a hardwood floor. Dwight Howard raised things to a new level. That guys dunks were out of this world. Best performance I've seen since Vince Carter.

Come on Ben, that was theatrical and fun and the fact that he threw the ball down into the basket didn't hurt, isn't that what a dunk is essentially? He just did it from a ft above and 2 ft out. lol

The off the backboard catch and dunk was the best one though.

I thought the Superman act was kinda homo-fied. That, or extremely egotistical....

As for the jam...I like to see rim rocking power jams...He didn't even touch the rim. It looked as if he didn't get enough distance, and had to throw it in not to get rejected by the rim. That's just what it looked like...

I loved how much freakin air and distance he got though. And how the ball was tossed to him from such a high and far distance.

I've always wanted to see someone jump off a trampoline and do a backflip or something cool and then Dunk it
