Wonder what JaMarcus Ruffles thinks about this?

Bad part is...anyone other than Russell immediately makes Oakland a tougher opponent

holy balls. they have frye too?

    fatty
    gradkowski
    jp losman
    frye

dont they have another one also?

but yes this sucks. This does make Oakland a lot better and tougher. We need to put frye in the dirt, so we can get the fatty back out there for more INTs and Sacks.
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

I was hoping we'd see Russell again. You know Frye is going to do his best to shine to show he is not only better than Russell (not saying much) but to show he can play in this league.

Oakland starting Frye doesn't give Denver much tape to work with. At all. Broncos better be sharp on Sunday or we could drop one.

at people being worried about Frye. Let me put it this way, if a Charlie Frye led Raiders team beats us at home, we don't deserve to make the playoffs anyway. Needless to say though, he doesn't exactly strike any fear in me.

Even if he is better than Russell, he is still the worst QB we have played all year other than Russell. Plus, after coming off a week having to face Peyton Manning, Frye will be a walk in the park.

You should rewatch the Redskins game. Our offense isn't exactly stellar at the moment right now either, and if something happens to Orton early, we could quite concievably go the rest of the game without even getting a first down.

What about the Redskins game? Campbell is better than Frye and like you said, Orton got hurt in that game. Plus, the Redskins have been playing a LOT better over the last month and a half. Obviously we could lose if Orton gets hurt again, but assuming health, there is no reason we should lose this game.

Jason Campbell is actually a very solid QB IMO.

my memories of charlie frye at QB for cleveland and seattle draw similarities to chris simms at QB for the broncos. every pass looked like a duck.

Let's not kid ourselves. Oakland isn't an offensive juggernaut by any means, but they aren't exactly St Louis Rams bad. Just like the Redskins. Who beat us without their 2 best offensive weapons.
