I can tell Juan to wear a bandana backwards and you can call him Juanita. I've never met a Mexican with big hands, so you're in luck.

I think mines rather a long one but summed up in my quote.

"On a given day, a given circumstance, you think you have a limit. And you then go for this limit and you touch this limit, and you think, 'Okay, this is the limit'. And so you touch this limit, something happens and you suddenly can go a little bit further. With your mind power, your determination, your instinct, and the experience as well, you can fly very high."

The past few months have been difficult for me and my family. We're talking nearly depression mode for me.

What Hoe says is true. You can "talk" yourself out of feeling like crap.

When I first wake up its; "here I go again." but after a cup o' java and a shower it easily becomes; "get the **** out of my way."

It is all true and I have been a believer in this for, well 30 years. (Damn I'm getting old) You can convince yourself of almost anything. Smile and people around you will smile back, tell yourself over and over that you are happy and your brain will believe it, next thing you know, you're happy.

    My montra used to be:

Every day in every way I get better, better and better.

But you have to stay fresh, now I find the need to be more aggressive so it's morphed into something else, "get the **** out of my way!" Gets me charged up.
