ESPN/NBC's Wimbledon coverage has really let me down. NBC, instead of showing a LIVE match featuring Rafael Nadal thinks we'd rather see a RERUN of a Serena Williams match in which anyone who really cares about it already knows the score. Screw you NBC.

Apparently the American television ratings say anything with a Williams sister gets higher ratings. I, personally, don't understand it.

I'd much rather watch Nadal than them, and their stupid father. But, that's jmho.

It's just stupid, imo, as a tennis fan. I want to watch shit live. I don't want to turn over to SportsCenter during a commercial and see the winner of the match I'm watching...
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

Yeah, I'm having to follow the Nadal match on SlamTracker on Wimbledon's website. You have to pay them 25 bucks to watch the matches live online, so I'm forced to follow the live stats. I don't know why ESPN isn't doing that Wimbledon live thing they did last week where they showed 6 different live matches on the 701-707 channels. It'd also be nice if they did like at the French Open and let the Tennis channel show some of the matches. I guess that's just too much to ask.

That's awesome, because I'm starting college this fall and won't have Sunday Ticket anymore so that's a good way to be able to watch the Broncos.

Yeah, I finally found the live feed to that match. Not great quality but better than a replay of the Williams match.

    Nadal leads 6-3 6-3

    Yayyyyyyyyyyyyy!

Ugh, BBC coverage at work has switched over to Kuznetsova v Radwanska. Big chunky euro girls.

Well, Murray vs Gasquet is on now.

Nadal has almost wrapped his match up.

Nadal wins 6-3 6-3 6-1. If he keeps this up he'll be well rested for Federer in the finals. Nadal did tweak his knee in the first round which could be a concern but it didn't seem to affect him in this match.

Baghdatis went out. He had 3 Match Points as well.

Credit to Lopez though, he showed fighting spirit.

Andy Murray as seen through the eyes of the British press.

    British when he wins

    Scottish when he loses

The British press does that with everyone.

    I mean, he's CLEARLY Scottish.
