The people on NFLN never bothered to mention how he got hurt(that I heard)
or the seriousness of his injury.

All I heard was he has a thigh bruise. They range in severity. A slight bruise requires ice, elevation, and range of motion and it will recover in a short period of time. A deeper bruise requires ultrasound or electro shock along with swimming and the recovery is slow.

I am 61 and I still have a calcium deposit in my right thigh from a deep thigh bruise. Let's hope for the minimum sentence.

I was going to advise you to wear a cup during physical activity but on second thoughts wear a bucket.
