Default High 5 & Mile High Salute?

On this site we are given both options, but can only use one per post, what is the difference?

The rest of us have non-nocturnal three year olds who get up promptly at sunrise.
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

Understood, I'm too broke to think about procreating.

Some of us procreated a long time ago and now must work early on Saturdays to feed them.

I do as KCL does, MHS first, then high five. If you high five first, then think of something to say in a MHS, you can remove your high five, then MHS, then high five again. It's very forgiving.

I'm starting to understand it. With the MHS you can show your support privately and for a public showing of approval we're provided with the high 5 (which is mad corny )

    It's a good thing.
