I think you're confused. We have a doofus punter. McD saw something good in Hamberger when he sign him, but the guy just cant preform in games. I guess we see why he was cut last year by the Steelers.

The Titans have a rookie punter on the practice squad (only one in the league I believe on a PS) who has bounced around 3-4 teams this preseason before landing on their practice squad. He's the Ohio State punter from last year I believe.
