I'd have to say PC. Laptops are intriguing but they never live up to the hype. And with an iPad and lack of motivation I really don't need the services of a laptop.

Neither. Spotify doesn't pay the artists their fair share, and pandora's algorithms suck plus you get forced to listen to songs you aren't fond of.
