thats pretty much how I feel. I mean heck, the Chargers have been terrible for so long that I actually pity them. Hard to hate a team that is so lame that you pity them.

I pity KC. I pity the Raiders. But I will never pity the Chargers for as long as they have that snot-nose brat at the helm.

I still cant believe the Giants won. Wow, I didnt think they had a shot. LMAO........... Brett Favre might have one more chance to try and tie John Elway. Of course it took him allot longer.
Thanks MO for the wicked Sig.

Wade Phillips and Tony Romo continued their playoff success (0 career postseason wins) this year didn't they...

What happened to Dallas down the stretch anyway.

Maybe the Jessica Simpson curse is true?

Or their Oline got beat up and tired out. They were dreadful down the stretch. Crayton dropping that pass after Romo's escape was huge. Romo gets minimal blame for that L. He had PLENTY of help w/ all the drops and the absence of the OL in the 4th q.

NOBODY from Dallas made a play in the second half...I agree, that drop was huge.

If somebody told me the last half of the season that Eli Manning would beat the Cowboy's straight-up at Irving, I'd punched them in the face for saying such a stupid thing...

Well...would've been okay anyway since they were talking about the Giants...

I'm taking the Giants and the Patriots. Coughlin takes a lot of crap from the media year in and year out. I only like him cause he is a disciplinarian, not as a coach. He would shut a lot of critics up if he could win the super bowl with his coaching style.

Eli's not that bad. I've said it for years. The issue (and it's a big one in NYC) is that he isn't a cold weather QB. Go back and see when/where he struggles. It's mostly in cold weather.

I have had some dealings with Coughlin, and he is the most fair, sincere and caring dudes I have ever met. He holds people accountable.

YES...I completely agree, although I hate it has to be the NYG.

He's a coach that doesn't seem to play to that 'modern' pro-athelete attitude.

I've always liked him, which is the minority. I'd like to see him get a ring and win one.

I've heard that this season, though, he's mellowed out considerably when dealing with his players.

I think part of their success this season is their unity; Tiki, even after retiring, was still questioning Eli's leadership, etc. It's no wonder this team is more solid than when Tiki was in it.

    Fact:
Tiki Barber was 1-6 as a starting running back in playoff games, in 10 seasons.

Eli Manning is 2-2 as a starting quarterback in playoff games, in four seasons.
