    Default Bring back the Whalers

Sorry, but I grew up watching them. It was a badge of honor in a sort of Scarlett Letter sort of way.

    I miss the Brass Bonanza!

Darn you Hurricanes, we suffering Hartford fans should have been celebrating the Cup. But noooo, it had to be Carolina natives who wouldn't know a hockey puck from a cow chip that got to celebrate.

So we had a Arena in a Mall, so what....

Breakfast, shmreakfast. Look at the score, for Christ's sake. It's only the second period and I'm up 12 to 2. Breakfasts come and go, Rene, but Hartford, "the Whale," they only beat Vancouver once, maybe twice in a lifetime.

Just wait until MED gets here, He is going to love you.

I am surprised he isnt here yet.

Med your life long friend is here..where are you??....Med?

Are you med, med? in disguise as a digi?
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

I'm a transplanted CT native living in Los Angeles.

    I loved the Whalers.
The Sanderson, Cassels & Verbeek line was awesome, I like!

Yep...definitely a one team kinda guy...and the Avs be my team.

The two worst things that could happen in the hockey world are a) the Whalers come back and b) The Canucks start wearing their first uniforms again.

why is that the worst. you inherited a team from Quebec,

why do the fans in Hartford suffer, that is not right

although the Canucks unis were pretty funny if you ask me
the Kings of the 70s were not much better lol
