I'm not sure how you answer when you plead guilty and the judge asks you, so you understand you are pleading guilty and admitting guilt. Yes, I'm pleading guilty, no I'm not admitting guilt.

I do understand what Rav is saying, but not sure why it came up in this thread.

On paper it's just "not contesting" the charges. The prosecuting attorney "allows" you to plea because of costs, just as you take the plea to negate possibilities. Plea'ing doesn't mean you are admitting guilt, but accepting that the possibilities aren't worth the risk.

Thank you Von, I didn't know the name. I just know they mean you aren't "contesting"..or saying that you won't take the defense to the courts in exchange for a lesser time/charge/whatever.

Crapplanet is in meltdown mode and I love it. Chiefs suck and so do their fans.

Not really rooting for SD, but I love watching the Chefs lose their home opener.

I don't give a rat's ass who wins that game, but it is nice to see the Chiefs getting it handed to them. The Chargers aren't a good team, and it seems the Chiefs have a lot of issues at this point in the season, hopefully it keeps up.
