I think 2018 is Raiders’ final season with Oakland. They will move to Vegas in 2019 and use UNLV's football field. A viable temporary home for Raiders.

The media and fans in various parts of the state abandoned them. This is just PR to get back some lost revenue. Gruden was a good coach, but they're treating him like he's Walsh. For him it literally is SB or bust...every god damned year.

It would take 2-14 seasons for him to get fired before some time in Vegas.

100 million is too much money to fire him unless he is completely inept or they "mutually part ways".
