So would I!! I'd take 70-75. That's the perfect temp IMO.

Much easier to warm up when it's cold than to cool down when it's hot.

    I disagree with this statement.

While your statement is true, I have experienced extreme cold and extreme heat for extended durations of time. I can cool off from 120 degrees a lot easier than I can warm up from -40 degrees.

Yeah - those are extreme temps. I still disagree with your sentiment though. Unless you have access to a walk-in freezer, putting on layers and having a fireplace beats figuring out how to cool off. Unless you have a pool to jump into.

Layers only get you so far IMO. There's no saving your hands and feet when you're in -40 for 8-10 hours at a time. It would take me HOURS to stop shivering and for whatever skin was exposed to stop stinging. On the flip side, I can do 120 for any amount of time with the right amount of water, step in to AC for five minutes and am good to go.

Hoe have you per chance had any hail yet? Checking for a friend and a snobby sports writer.

Now there's a name I haven't heard in a while! His skunk died, but he replaced it with a kid... He also helped me send some "stuff" to my father-in-law in Florida a couple years ago. I think that was the last time I talked to him.

Yes, we had hail, but it is highly unlikely we'll get any more until fall/winter.
