Upper 40s & sunny here. It’s awesome seeing this snow disappearing daily. If it continues with no snow storms, I’ll be seeing all grass in a week.

I didn't even have a coat on, just a flannel!

But it's all good. 79 and sunny here today.

Woke up to 3” of heavy wet snow. Heavy snow all day today, but it really didn’t stick. Tampering off now, but starts again tonight into tomorrow. I thought we were done with snow.

Difference between living on sunny vs shady side of the street. Homes that face south are sunny side.

It cleared up fast, and snow is melting fast.

That's my neighborhood. I rarely have to shovel snow it melts so fast. Cross the street and we are back in Antarctica.

We’re on the shady side as far as front of the house, but backyard gets the sun.

Just keeps snowing. We’ve had more snow Easter week than Christmas week. Weather person said if it had been below freezing, we’d have close to 2’ of snow (or more in localized areas).

First week in July is when we fly out. I'll definitely miss this place. I'll only be a 3 hr flight to come do some fishing with buddies. Main thing is....wife will be happier.
