Last night we had Thunder Snow, and now it's snowing those annoying little show-pellets. At least I didn't need to shovel much this year - maybe three times?

    Sleet?
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

Sleet is more like rain and show combined. What it was doing earlier was snow, but tiny little snowballs. Almost ice-like, but not.

I know what you're talking about, Joe. It usually snows like that when it's really cold outside. It's amazing how fast those little flakes add up too.

Sounds like the lower 48 is having a chilly spell. We're gonna get close to 50 degrees this week. It'll feel like summer.

I am refusing to turn on the AC. It's too early, but it's also 80 degrees in the house right now.

First world problem? I need MO's opinion.

It was definitely a problem. I felt a bit muggy last night.

Damn. That's hot. I managed to keep it at 69-70 sans air system yesterday and today. 6-8 inches of snow and 50 mph winds tomorrow. I'm guessing the heater comes back on.

    Definitely a first world problem.
