It seems that these games that the Broncos should win easily, they end up being a struggle.
Hopefully they will score early, and often today.
Go Broncos!

Let’s see….it’s the Carolina Panthers. It’s a home game for our Broncos. I’m just gonna pencil in convincing W for the Broncos.![]()

These are the worst games for me. Total trap game. This reeks of last year’s New England game where the Broncos needed a win to keep playoff hopes alive and the Patriots had nothing to play for. We made Bailey Zappe look like an all-pro and their #1 receiver who was a washed-up has been, punked PS2 all game catching 3rd down conversion after 3rd down conversion on him.
By all accounts, we should steamroll them, but that’s when the Broncos tend to lay an egg. Anytime we’re heavily favored at home since the Manning years, we’ve failed to deliver.

end of October through the end of November is the Wednesday of football season. who shines on Wednesdays? the vj bronco defense. bo and sean need to rethink possum strategy and sling some guns tho since the receivers need to be ready for bo to unleash the cannon too
Broncos will win by 3 scores.
Keep the train rolling, keep learning, keep growing, keep moving forward.
Go Broncos!
Glad we're all on the same page here. Any given Sunday and blah blah, but this is the worst team in the league, playing without their top QB and top two receivers. If Denver wants to show us some progress, they should handle these guys-- not lose, and not need to come back in the 4th quarter for a three point win. We all know the Donks have crashed back to Earth in games like this in recent years, so let's see if they've grown past that or not. Happy game day, boys!
- John Elway“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”
My understanding of what a trap game is a one in which you play a soft team the week before an elite opponent that you’re more focused on then the one immediately on your schedule. The Ravens, a legitimate SB contender, being next week’s opponent definitely qualifies this as a trap game by my understanding.
As far as the Pats game from last year, our next opponent was the Chargers. Although them being a division rival should automatically make it a much bigger game than it would otherwise be, we beat them comfortably 2 weeks earlier. Considering we got beat down badly the week before by the Lions, a legitimate SB contender, should’ve caused us to be more focused against the Pats in order to redeem ourselves. Therefore, I don't think last year’s game meets my understanding of a trap game, but would instead be an example of a team getting thoroughly exposed providing a blueprint that their following remaining opponents followed. No matter how much I may insist the BB was one of the greatest frauds of a HC I've ever seen, their no questioning that he was a brilliant defensive master mind.

Told ya. Trap game.

This always happens when we play shittier teams
Apparently they decided to forego tackling drills this week

Oh hey, that wasn't predictable at all.
But I bet Draftthings made some money.
