I checked their coaching staff. Just like Hackett, there is seemingly nobody on staff who is a logical replacement for him to be interim head coach. Their performance the last 3 seasons has been a complete embarrassment. I read some statistic somewhere that it is apparently like a 1 in 60 million chance for the Bears to have been able to have blown all of the games they have blown.

Poles likely gets another year because their roster looks stacked. The Bears ownership is angling for a new stadium deal, so they may join the Belichick sweepstakes. If not Belichick, Mike Vrabel would be the opposite of Eberflus in terms of being able to manage a game clock so he would be another viable target. What a complete disaster. I guess the silver lining is they will get another high draft pick to restock.

Eberflus probably just got fired.

Caleb Williams is ******* phenomenal, hopefully his “It Factor” catches up and he’ll learn to take that TO in spite of his inept coaching staff.

Fluss is the worst head coach I've ever seen. Worse than Meyer, or Dave Shula. He has zero strengths as a head coach. He's clearly brain damaged. He's lost the locker room. He has no mind for strategy. He doesn't understand basic clock management. He does nothing well. The things that he is best at are the things he's only bad at. It would be like me doing tryouts for the Olympics. I'd do horribly at everything, but some things I'd do worse than normal.

I honestly believe that he has brain damage.
