Kelly’s buyout is too much for LSU to bear. He has at least another two years here. These loses really hurt recruiting. Yeah, Kelly is a poor man’s Les Miles.

They don't deserve to be in unless some really crazy shit happens.

If Oregon doesn't win it this year, they'll never win it. This is the year to do it. It's there for the taking.

Well, we've found out that Ewers has a lot of Sam Ellinger in him, right down to the critical ****-ups. Ewers gave up a Pick Six and a fumble on successive drives vs. A&M or the winning margin would have been greater.

I wonder if Sark will game-plan for Georgia better than the last time. Georgia Tech showed how to beat the Bulldogs - QB runs between the RG and RT, quick slant patterns and some Wildcat looks. Texas must avoid slow-developing plays, particularly outside. Quicker decisions with short patterns to Helm and Bond. Ewers and Manning were eaten alive waiting for receivers to get open.

I think it would be AWESOME if Bilechick took the UNC job. He turns 73 in April. How many more years is he going to want to coach?

Nah, they got a lot of help from the committee.

For example, last weekend, South Carolina won at Clemson (who's in the ACCCG) a ranked team (#12), and moved up ONE spot in the CFP ranking.

Alabama beat Auburn, a team that finished 5-7, and was rewarded with a two-spot jump into the critical No. #11 position, the one that essentially would ensure a spot in the 12-team playoffs.

Another example, the committee says Alabamas best wins are against Georgia and South Carolina. Carolina at the time was, unranked, 3-2, and a 3TD underdog @ Bama... who won by, 2pts.

That's one of Alabama's best wins? Not really. But you see how the committee is twisting things to favor Alabama.

Just a couple examples of the committee's agenda to push, a mediocre at best, Alabama team into the playoffs.
