No huge surprises but it’s a shame about Patrick. I don’t necessarily agree with Crum being kept over Jacobs. Jacobs looked good in the preseason, Crum was ass.

Please don't trade Tim Patrick! I think RB Perine can play fullback.

Cutting/trading Patrick and Perine save the Broncos about $11 mil in cap space. Perine can totally go. Too many young guys behind him that can do the same thing (Estime). It kinda stinks about Patrick because he’s finally healthy, but who did you cut if you keep him? Franklin? Vele? The only guy I can see being expendable over TP is LJH but we all know Payton loves that guy.

Both are gone. Broncos wire reported within the last 10 minutes that both were released

Overall, not a lot of surprises, but I’d have kept Patrick and cut Stidham had it been my decision. I also would’ve kept Jacob’s over Crum and just signed him to the PS. Nobody was clamoring for him after that poor showing in the preseason.

Not surprised he signed with the Lions, but mildly surprised he signed on their PS.

Mike Sanford is not a rando on X. He is a former Div 1 player & coach, and is now a Broncos analyst on 9News. He also has probable inside info from the personnel department, as he coached for David Shaw at Stanford.

    I don’t think there’s a single move I didn’t like . . . that’s not a good sign.

I would’ve kept Perine over #45, who could yo-yo to/from PS from game to game.

I don't see a problem with any of the moves besides maybe Crum. Now let's see how we do being younger now.
