It's not hate. Being a great player doesn't mean you are qualified to run an organization.

Also, if he doesn't have influence, then why do they draft the same type of players every year when it's not working? They need to build from the inside out and draft and develop. They have no patience at all.

If I was the owner, I would have gotten rid of Elway's FO, and I would have cut him off from the building.

You’re so behind the times. To become a leading expert that everyone quotes as the truth, you just need to start a YouTube channel in which you never at any time disclose any qualifications that you may or may not have to speak on the subject. Last summer my mentor, Sue Golubock, assisted me in making a series of videos explaining the Autistic/Aspie point of view on a number of issues. When I looked at the stats, the average person turned off the video before I had even finished explaining my credentials to speak on the subject. Sue, who has far more impressive credentials than mine, was never heard by most of the people who “watched” it. This was the mistake I made, boring viewers with proof that Sue and I actually know what we are talking about.

As far as I can tell, the YouTuber that made the video you’re responding to has not made that same mistake in any video he has made. He just shoots off his conspiracy theories without boring his audience with any basis for why anyone should believe him.

If there is any truth at all in Allbright's report, which I highly doubt, then it's just a case of Elway falling on the sword to take some heat off George Paton which was Elway's hire.

Why would he do that? Because he IS the Denver Broncos as far as I am concerned, and he is just playing the role of the good soldier.
