What did I criticize? My only criticism was not trading down to take Nix.

1) He’s had to take his lumps. He knows what it’s like to face adversity and work through it
2) He’s mature. All reports say that he absolutely crushed the homework assignment Payton gave him the night before his workout and interview with the Broncos
3) He’s going to a favorable team that has a QB-friendly coaching staff in a favorable situation
4) He’s extremely accurate and can run a quick-hitting, timing based offense (you know that same shit that Tom Brady and Payton Manning perfected which made them HOFers) and doesn’t need to rely on his athleticism all the time to be successful
5) He’s more athletic than people give him credit for. He’s far from a statue out there and can manipulate the pocket. He was the 3rd most accurate QB outside the pocket in this class so it’s not like he can’t get outside and make off schedule plays
6) He can make all the throws. No, he doesn’t have a rocket launcher but he’s not Chad Pennington, either. He has more than enough arm strength to make every necessary throw and still throws with timing and anticipation and touch.

These are just things I noticed. That’s why I think he will succeed.

I watch only Oregon football and I loved Nix. NFL quality arm.
