Good luck, Cush. He caught a lot of flack early on but developed into a solid center. I’m disappointed that Russell Wilson prevented us from re-signing him.

He wound up being very serviceable. Good for him.

Aaaaand our O-line somehow gets even worse. At least Garret Holds is still here, though.
“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”

    - $50M over 4 years ($12.5M APY, 3rd among C)
    - $26M fully guaranteed at signing, $30M total
    - $30M cash flow over two years - most ever for a center

I feel the same way about Cush that 49ers fans felt about McGlinchey last year. Solid player, fills a hole, but not worth a payday due to flaws in his game. Hopefully his deal is enough to actually get a compensatory pick next year.

Oh, and BTW, the Faders just signed Christian Wilkins to play next to meth head Crosby. Whatever slappy we end up trotting out at QB is probably going to get murdered when we play them.

They’ve already said the 7th round stiff from Oregon is gonna be the bestest C in the history of Ever. The undrafted stiff from Illinois is their answer to Bolles moving on.

Another day, another regime that doesn’t give a shit about the OL.

They spent all of their free agent dollars last year signing Powers and McFlincy, yet they don’t care about the OL?

They may not be as adept as you at identifying OL talent, but to say they don’t give a shit is ridiculous.

    Settle down, Cecil!!
