    It’s the QB. Russ is just playing super conservatively and doing it poorly. He holds the ball so long that he gets sacked, checks down, or throws bad passes. He never throws the ball away it seem, however. Even when he should. Oh, and McGlinchey was a huge waste of money. Just put Fleming or whoever in a RT. McGlinchey gets beaten on pretty much every passing situation.
