Default I met an old Bronco a few weekends ago.

I met Ron Dayne here in Madison, and I told him that my favorite memory of him was the Thanksgiving game against the Cowboys.
He said that after the game they gave him this blueberry pie to eat on camera that one of the announcer's mothers made. He said it was absolutely terrible. He was trying to eat slowly and shuffle around the plate to make it look like he was eating it WHILE being interviewed on national tv.

My impression I got from him was that he was super humble, soft spoken, and a really nice guy.

That’s really cool. And funny story about the pie.

He had the all-time college rushing record for awhile at Wisconsin. Wish his career had turned out better but he was special that one game
I miss the old Mile High Stadium.

He was slotted for the first string RB the next year ahead of Tatum Bell and Mike Bell, but got hurt in the preseason and they cut him. He did fairly well on the Texans for the next two seasons.
