Crosby is going to tear up Bolles and McGlinchy. Dude looks like he drinks 10 cups of coffee with a half a box of No Doze before a game.

    McGlinchey gonna play?

He’s listed as questionable last I saw, and there’s no reason to play him. He left the Chargers game with a rib injury and those are usually treated with a shot of happy juice, so who knows.

I said 9-8 was our ceiling post draft if everything fell right. The only Suprise was losing to some shitty teams and beating a few really good teams.....this is a very avg team....so much for a top ten pick and reset for the future. Jarret Stidham seems to be Paton and Paytons next project Teddy B.....

Pretty much every 8-8 team would have to lose and the Broncos beat the Fade in order to select at 16. FWIW.
If this is the case take the F'in L and pary for pick 11, We can get a QB who is Jarret f'in Stidham......Rookie Qb on a rookie deal there should be no other focus other than that. The min we were eliminated from playoffs our shitty GM and Payton better have a plan for getting one of the top 4-5 Qb's in the draft. There is no other smart option then a rookie QB on a rookie deal and go from there.

Stidham is simply a stop-gap which im ok with. If Denver cant get a first round QB this year than we move on to 2025 to try and get one. Our biggest problem is regaining some draft capital to maneuver with.

Payton says the focus this week is winning the game. Sorry, but he isn’t going to purposely tank a game, and there’s no indication he’s sitting healthy players, except Russ of course.

But don’t worry draftniks, we may lose the game anyway. I think the raiders defense is playing as well as anyone’s, and they have way more weapons on offense than we do. I want to win the game, and maybe they do, but I question if we’re good enough.

The raiders have a top 10 pick (9) on the line apparently. Hopefully that demotivates them

Who said anything about purposely tanking?

Stidham played ran the offense better than RW, he has better physical talent than RW, which is probably why Broncos fans would prefer Brock Purdy or Jake Browning.

Hell, Jacob Eason is on the Giants PS, great size and elite arm talent, he comes from a college spread offense just like Drew Brees did. Can be had for nothing . . . Nope, we save our fairytale book hopes and dreams for that plucky little underdog that can’t see over the steering wheel or hit deep outs without risking hemorrhage.

    BRONCOS
OUT: TE Chris Manhertz (illness), OT Mike McGlinchey (ribs)

    RAIDERS
OUT: RB Josh Jacobs (quad), TE Michael Mayer (toe)
DOUBTFUL: OT Thayer Munford Jr. (knee/illness)
QUESTIONABLE: FB Jakob Johnson (back), CB Brandon Facyson (illness)

Well 2/3 of their better weapons are out…
