    That's gonna leave a mark.

This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”

We have no pass rush, we cant cover any underneath route for shit, our OL/DL depth is non existent and weak. Cush is an absolute scrub, Bolles is not close to 100%. Our High priced FA RT is not a great pass blocker. Our TE's are junk, and our CB's are question marks outside PS2 oh and we have no kicker. Nothing has changed the roster just isn't that great.

Offense looked a little more competent, and we stopped the run. That's it that's the positives from yesterday. Still glaring holes all over this team just like a few of us have said for awhile now....
Paton is a far better GM than Payton, it’s not particularly close either. The best players on this roster had nothing to do with Sean Payton.

Sean Payton the HC is Top 5, Sean Payton the OC/Play-caller is Elite.

That on-side kick WORKED, Da fug are people complaining about there? That CB Payton the GM had to hive cost Payton the HC bigtime, #1 has shit for brains, put blame where it belongs.

If you find yourself agreeing with Mark Kizla you should reassess your life, real talk.

They both are not very good at player evaluating. If they were our roster would be more talented.....

Has the roster improved from last season?

I think so. Only so much can be fixed in a season within the limits of the CBA/Cap, etc

Default Broncos S Justin Simmons on personal foul vs. Jimmy Garoppolo: “Great acting on Jimmy’s end”

Justin Simmons wasn’t totally sure live, but upon video review he sees nothing wrong with his hit on Las Vegas quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo in the first quarter Sunday.

The Broncos’ veteran safety crashed in to try to stop Garoppolo from getting a first down on the Raiders’ opening drive. He lunged forward with his helmet and was flagged for a personal foul. Garoppolo rolled over and held his head after the play and exited the game for two snaps after the NFL’s spotter had him removed for a concussion evaluation.

Vegas took a timeout before third-and-goal as Garoppolo got cleared, allowing him to return to the game and throw a touchdown pass to Jakobi Meyers.

The video shows Simmons ducking his head, but making contact with either his helmet or his shoulder in Garoppolo’s midsection and then hitting his own teammate, outside linebacker Frank Clark.

No not really I think maybe 3 spots were actually upgraded RT, LG and Backup RB. We are still a very avg. talented team with very little depth at any position, and many of our so called starters shouldn't be starters.

One week in, this team looks like it hasn't changed. They still can't score 20 points. They don't make the clutch plays, especially late and we still have few difference-makers because we traded them for veterans. At least we had McManus. Now we've got Klutz who, after a few more screw-ups will join Ka'imi Fairbairn as PKs who choke when it matters most.
I miss the old Mile High Stadium.
