It did it to me on my phone a few days ago. White background and it was stacked weird. Once I hit User CP it went to normal. Haven't had it happen again since.

About two or three weeks ago, when I noticed things were really sluggish, I reached out to the hosting company, and they made some tweaks, but that was probably close to three weeks ago. Usually when the site is all screwed up, CSS didn't load for some reason, which more often than not is due to a bad internat route someplace between you and the server, or add blocking of the like.
I don't hit the site that often with my phone anymore, most of the time I'm on the computer. I'll try and pull it up with phone more often to see if I see it happening.

It wasn't loading right on chrome for me the other week. Clearing cache seemed to solve the issue.
