Glad that Lutz is doing awesome with the Broncos hence Special Teams Player of the Month for the AFC as well as glad however Brandon M is doing very well in Jacksonville. In a sense, the best of both worlds.
Happy New Year 2025 & January Jumping!!

Kickers matter, equally, except for a very few, and it’s stupid to get butthurt over a K . . . that’s the point. The plan appeared to be to put pressure on McAnus to take a contract commensurate with being JAG, like the one Lutz will have to accept, BM declined and was justifiably told to kick rocks. Nothing wrong with the plan, what’s wrong was/is the perception you have of K’s like Brandon McAnus.

You can pretend it has nothing to do with BM, but it doesn’t change the fact that you overreacted to a Nothing Burger.

    Draft

    5th round— Shemar Turner DE
    6th round— DJ Uieglelei QB
    7th round—

I didn't get but hurt I said our plan was stupid and I still stand by that. We literally lucked into lutz losing his kicking battle in NO, ending up in Denver and playing well, after trading for him. So, let's not act like this was the plan all along. We got lucky.

God, you love your generalizations.....I gave and still give zero shits Mcmanus was let go until Maher and the other scrub were the plan then I said wtf. I have no issue with Brandon being gone, being asked to take a pay cut or being let go, provided we have a good plan, and we did not. This isn't rocket science.... this is why we had to get lutz and trade for him right before seasons start, because the plan was stupid and the guys, we brought in sucked. If it wasn't we wouldn't have had to trade a draft pick for a position that apparently doesn't matter in the NFL: lol:

All along my crux has been the plan. I didn't believe in lutz when we got him, and I still have doubts, but his play has been on par for his cost so fair enough.....we got lucky

McAnus just missed what would’ve been the game tying FG, only to make what should’ve been a game winning FG on the next drive. What should’ve been a 34 to 31 win is now going into OT . . . all because McAnus is JAG.

Been busy.....with more important things. He isn't scrub level, but def replaceable. On the flip side your boy McAnus (lol) is shitting the bed even worse so there is that I guess....And the rams are forced to go back to scrub Maher because the scrub they brought in to replace said scrub is bad enough they want their previous scrub....sounds like good kickers are as rare as good OL players these days.....

    Kickers are Kickers.

I’m just glad we can all agree that you overreacted.
