Any other player going after the refs like that and screaming at them would probably be suspended. The NFL will probably apologize to him tomorrow.

Mahomes is irate on the sideline. He's mad at the refs (I hope we can retire the 'the Chiefs get favoritism' stuff now) but he should be mad at his front office. One real weapon isn't enough. I don't think many teams have won a SB with just one weapon on offense. The Chiefs had an entire offseason/trade period to land another pass catcher. They aren't completely out of the SB running this year, but their offense is just lacking talent. Not just raw physical talent, but professionals. Real and actual professionals.

Mahomes is channeling his inner Brady. How many times we watched TB12 throw hissy fits at the end of games when he didn't get the win? Now St. Patrick is copping the same attitude.

Why do y'all get mad when Mahomes does the exact same thing Michael Jordan do? The same thing that y'all praise MJ for doing? Yell, scream, curse, need to be restrained?

I don’t like when any player does that especially when they’re clearly in the wrong. Mahomes came off like an entitled brat. And you know I love you but to pretend the Chiefs don’t benefit from favorable reffing is crazy. Their OL manhandles everyone and gets away with more holding than any team in the league.

Well I respect the notion of disliking it in general.

KC has has several bad calls go against them in recent weeks. I think they are on tv a lot, and if bad reffing across the board you’re going to see bad reffing that much more. I don’t think they get favoritism. I don’t think anyone

The call today was in absolutely no way a bad call. He was lined up a foot over the neutral zone and the flag was thrown immediately. It was a penalty and when it’s that obvious it’s called almost every time. I spend a lot of time watching OL play, it’s my favorite part of the game and the Chiefs OL is given a ridiculous amount of leeway, it’s disgusting actually.

I remember a stretch, IIRC it was in the early 2000’s maybe (someone help me out) in which the Broncos opponents went something like 10 games in a row without getting an offensive holding call called against them. Anyone else remember that?

That Micah Parsons is one helluva player.

Everyone holds. It’s never called. They can’t call it because OL today suck.

That call was a ticky tack call and half the time they pick it up if a big play results. It gave zero actual advantage. No one likes seeing that flag. I’m not caping; I don’t have scared cows. Mahomes can play better and then they’re not losing at the end of the game with a thin margin. Do better.
