    Eh, not really.

Yes, i would be pissed but i would be pissed at Jeudy (because he would be the one to do it) not at the refs for making the correct call.

What a shame the Broncos aren’t playing the Dolphins today… their offense looks like ass without Tyreek Hill.

Hard disagree. I’ve seen people here be mad at hyper technical penalties and substantive ones while tearing threads up.

This is true too, which gets really anointing when they get mad at the refs no matter what call they make or don't make, but my reaction would be the same as North's

If that call isn’t made, and the chiefs won, people would say KC didn’t get dinged with a minor call and it had no impact on the play, and that Buffalo should be blaming themselves.

I don’t think KC should be blaming the refs, their offense sucks right now.

It is unfair for folks to blast Mahomes, though. Again, everyone loves watching clips of 90s players going off on refs. The call in regards to the scandal if we want to call it that is that it impacted the game. In a high leverage moment or period of time a technical call was made about a minor infringement that had nothing to do with the outcome .

If you’re good with it now, I rock with you. But I suspect many folks would be livid if the Bills were called like that.
That's exactly it...Mahommes was ok with it helping him win a ring, but when it goes against him, he's throwing a temper tantrum. Forget the fans...how is the player's hypocritical response.

Most likely calls like PF's or the like which are always subjective in my opinion. Offsides is a penalty that is never wrong at least that i have seen unless somehow the defender was drawn off which isnt the case here. I think you are grasping hard on this one broham.

We would be comping a pass interference call-- made by Philly, that the defended admitted was PI, on a route that had been carving the Eagles up all game--to a player lining up in the same spot the entire game. That would be the big rebuttal in defense of Mahomes. It was also last season. And KC has been hosed a couple times this year. Those are pretty basic grounds to distinguish.

But, if you're good with it now, I rock with you.

Tony had been lining up like that all game and wasn't given a warning or flagged. I'm on pretty solid ground here.

Well Ted Bundy killed like 30 girls before they made him stop so like it was assumed it was okay. I mean how could Teddy have known it was wrong if they let him do it for so long.

The problem with comparing a PI is that a lot of times its still a subjective call since both the defender and receiver often push and shove each other down the field virtually every play. But an offsides call cannot be subjective because its either you are offsides or you are not. Offsides of any kind is not a subjective penalty.

I saw a clip of it and Dan Orvlosky talking about it. I’ll dig if you want.

Are we talking one play outside of the one that was called or the entire game? Yea, find the clip if you can.

If you go by the letter of the law the one in question is very easily a PI. it wouldn’t be a subjective call, especially since the defender admitted he did it. I dunno, man. I think we are all pretty much settled on our opinions.
