Abe, you’re a goldfish.
Come on, we both know I'm a beta fish
I don't watch because the refs have kept Brodie from getting a ring.
The refs make him shoot badly as a historical rate, turn the ball over at a massive clip, play zero defense/miss his assignments, miss free throws, take bad shots, pad his stats, be entitled, act like he's too good to come off the bench, whine that fans are booing him when he takes bad three point shots, complain that people call him Westbrick, throw his teammates under the bus in interviews, skip interviews and make his teammates answer for him, fight with his coaches in practice, and all that other bullshit he did as a Laker/before his time as a Flipper?
The refs did that?!?!?!?!? Russ making the triple-double a meaningless stat is why so many people thought Jokic was a stat-padder.
Eff you ho! You're the worst person ever and we hate you.
Being critical of someone's political opinions is different than totally hating someone because of their political opinions. And the opinion he gave that people claim to have a problem with (China) he didn't even really give an opinion. He pretty much said "I'm not educated enough on that issue to comment on it". Which maybe is a copout, but it's a way better answer than talking out his ass on something he doesn't know enough about. We'd probably be way better off as a society if more people took that approach to things.
Well, you are kind of guilty here of doing exactly that. You are making a claim that people "hate" Lebron simply because they dont think he is better than Jordan. I think that kind of approach is just ridiculous. Even if people dont like his stance on world issues doesnt mean they cant have a valid opinion on his sports career. I hate that whenever people state an opinion on an athlete that other people try to use the race card or the player's politics/etc as a deflection mechanism to defend said person. Ive never seen anyone who doesnt believe that LeBron is the GOAT do it in a hateful way or make the claim they "hate" him. I see people bash Jordan far more than i have seen of LeBron so do you think that its ok to bash Jordan because he doesnt quite live the perfect life characteristically?
There's some truth here, but you can go online where these discussions are being had elsewhere--Twitter, FB, Insta, etc.--and see people post stuff like "Insert random political shot at LBJ," that is paired with "and that's why MJ is the Goat," or "MJ would never do that and that's why he's better than LBJ." There's plenty of that stuff out there. For some it's just two thoughts connected to a topic and others it's part-in-parcel/combined/the same thought, however you want to qualify it.
